Will my customers know they are talking to AI?
Yes. Every assistant says it is an AI assistant and offers to pass the customer to a person. Being honest builds trust and keeps you on the right side of privacy rules, including Quebec Law 25.
Can it speak French?
Yes. Every phone and chat assistant works in English and French, and can switch when the customer does.
What happens with a complicated or urgent call?
The AI handles the routine questions and bookings. For anything urgent or unusual it transfers the call to you or takes a detailed message and texts it to you right away.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. We usually forward your existing number to the AI when you are busy or closed. You can also get a new local number if you prefer.
What if I use more than 500 AI call minutes?
Most small businesses use far less. If you regularly need more, we will suggest a bigger plan before anything changes. No surprise charges.
Is my data safe?
We only collect what the service needs, keep accounts in your name and use Canadian hosting where possible. You can remove our access at any time.
