Yes. One WordPress website, one fixed price of $99 CAD plus sales tax. No hourly billing and no subscription. If your site needs work that is bigger than a fix, such as a full rebuild, we tell you before doing anything and you decide.
What if you cannot fix my website?
You get a full refund. If we look at your site and find the problem is outside what we can fix, we tell you straight away and refund your $99.
How fast will my site be fixed?
We call you as soon as your form comes in during business hours. Most websites are fixed within 24 hours of us getting access. Bigger infections can take a little longer, and we keep you updated.
How do I share my login safely?
Never by email or in a web form. We collect access by phone, or send you a one-time secure link that deletes itself after use. We recommend creating a temporary admin user for us, which you delete when we are done.
Will I lose my content, orders or photos?
No. We take a full backup of your files and database before we change anything, so your pages, products, orders and photos are safe.
What if the malware comes back?
If the same infection returns within 30 days, we clean it again for free. We also close the hole the hackers used and harden your site, so it is far less likely to happen again.
Can you remove the Google "hacked" warning?
Yes. After the cleanup we request a review from Google through Search Console and help you with any browser or antivirus blocklists. Google decides how fast it reviews, usually within a few days for malware warnings.
Do you work with my web host?
Yes. We fix WordPress sites on any host, including GoDaddy, Bluehost, HostGator, Hostinger, SiteGround, WP Engine, Namecheap and Canadian hosts. If your host suspended your site, we help you get it back online.
What is not included?
